Competitive swimmers can now keep track of the time their next heat starts and what lane they should be in, thanks to the invention of a veteran, All American swim coach Kip Fierro helps competitors with a swim cap he designed that has the categories, meet, event, heat, and lane indelibly stamped on the inside. Kip developed and patented his swim cap so that young competitive swimmers always know when and where they need to be for their next heat. Each category inside the hat has sufficient space to write in information about all of the events the swimmer will be competing in for that day. When using a swimmer's body ink marker, all of the information is easily erased with soap or hand sanitizer, making the swim cap reusable.
